I love singing and harmony, and still work on voice and vocal technique. In my musical life I've enjoyed solo and ensemble music a wide range of styles: folk, rock and roll, barbershop, musical theater, and opera.
I tend to favor group music with close harmony like the Louvin and Everly Brothers, and Peter, Paul, and Mary. I've added many more genres to my repertoire like bluegrass, classic country, swing and foreign languages. As a singer songwriter late in life, I have incorporated some of those styles into my own material.
Now retired in Northern California, I teach voice and ukulele in addition to playing regularly solo and in ensembles when I can.
